			<description><![CDATA[ I hope this works out....right now the DMR and City of Biloxi are in talks concerning the old Biloxi/OS bridge(the one between the new bridge and the train
bridge) to take it down and use it to extend the Katrina reef much much further to the west. this will likely have an immediate impact on the fishing there as
the existing one has already established itself so anything added will almost immediately attract fish. I have not personally had much success at the Katrina
